CPPLIBS contains C++ code for many everyday purposes ranging from
networking and I/O related tasks to string handling, expression
evaluation and multi-tasking. Depending on distribution, it may also
contain PRAPI, the Pattern Recognition Application Programmer's
Interface. The libary is developed in the Information Processing lab,
Department of Electrical Engineering, University of Oulu, Finland. The
main developer of the library is Topi Menp (topiolli@ee.oulu.fi).


To compile the libraries:

First, make sure your "make" is GNU make. If not, try to use gmake.

Type "make install" (or gmake).
