A big haulover of the program...

Improved speed of displaying images.
Fixed bug where, if the window was minimized, the uploaded images wouldn't get updated.
Created own FTP class, that can (hopefully) do better than Qt's class.
Now all Philips extensions are supported.
Tested with QT3, it compiles :-)

Fixed compilation problems for Debian/Woody.
The brightness and contrast controls were mixed up in the Video Control dialog.
Fixed crash at munmap() in CVideoDevice.
Added "Philips Extensions" dialog, moved specific controls over there.
Added tuner slider, so you can select a channel on your TV cards (needs some more work, though).

Version 0.22 (2000-11-11)

Nothing fancy; there were some conflicts with the webcam driver and the bttv driver, which are resolved in both that driver and this program.

Fixed problem when setting a different framerate.
Size/Frame dialog now disables most invalid image sizes.
Added support for multiple inputs on TV cards.
Synced the frame-rate setting with the Philips webcam driver.

Version 0.21 (2000-09-25)

One step back, two steps forward. The video codec is momentarely halted; in stead, there's a primitive FTP upload available. Also some doodads and whistles are added, like text in the images.

Now supports mmap(), so TV grabber cards work too;
Introduced new objects, split into viewer and codecs;
Auto-detection of available video devices;
First version of FTP uploads;
Temporarely disable video codec;
More settings for snapshots, like the base filename;
Shows timestaps in image.

Slight overturn of the code :)

Note! This version uses QSocketNotifier to trigger an event when a new frame from the cam is ready. This means that the webcam driver must implement the select() call. The Philips USB webcam driver version 3.2 and up have this call. The CPiA cam should follow Real Soon.
