Human Driver Monitor

This module obtains the information from the human driver monitor system. This system monitors some of the actuators of the vehicle.

Currently the monitored actuators are: the lights and the pedals (as a pedal pressure value).

This module establishes a tcp connection with the Arduino using a asynchronous communication class.
